随着国民经济的快速发展,我国钢铁、电力、煤炭等行业也得到了突飞猛进的发展,需要的原料更多,同时对原材料的质量也提出了更高的要求,去除铁磁性杂质的任务也越来越艰巨。我国港口行业货物吞吐量由新中国成立初期1000万吨增长到2009年的76.57亿吨,货物吞吐量超过亿吨的港口达到20个,连续7年保持世界第一。我国港口集装箱吞吐量同样保持连续7年世界第一,近10年年均增长率达30%。我国已构成“布局合理、层次分明、功能齐全:的港口格局。在各大输煤港口码头、电力、冶金、煤炭、建材、矿山、粮食、化工等行业需求量逐渐增多。尤其在煤炭行业中,煤炭中混有雷管及残屑、铁钉等铁杂质,不仅影响煤矿、装货港的安全生产,而且给卸港及用户造成极坏影响,致使出口煤炭的质量和声誉下降。为了提高港口的输送能力,港口输送不断加大物料层厚度、提高带速,需求大型高除铁率的精细除铁设备,在此种情况下,强迫油冷电磁除铁器应运而生。 With the rapid development of the national economy, China's iron and steel, electric power, coal and other industries has also been rapid development, need more raw materials, at the same time, the quality of raw materials is also put forward higher requirements, the removal of the ferromagnetic impurities increasinglydifficult task.
