安装及调试：
Installation and commissioning:
1、安装前先检查电磁除铁器的绝缘电阻应不低于10兆欧。如因受潮绝缘电阻下降，应烘干使用。
1. Before installation, check that the insulation resistance of the electromagnetic iron remover shall not be less than 10 megohm. If the insulation resistance drops due to damp, it shall be dried for use.
2、检查吊装装置是否牢固，接线螺丝是否拧紧，无误后可按图示安装。
2. Check whether the lifting device is firm and whether the connecting screws are tightened. If there is no error, it can be installed as shown in the figure.
3、  本配配套专用电源，使用时按要求将除铁器、电源箱（柜）联接好。
3. This equipment is equipped with a special power supply, and the iron remover and power box (cabinet) are well connected as required.
使用及维修
Use and maintenance
1.安装后，首先将电源控制柜可调电位器调至最小位置：然后打开电源开关调电位器至最大位置，连续通电。
1. After installation, first adjust the adjustable potentiometer of the power control cabinet to the minimum position: then turn on the power switch to adjust the potentiometer to the maximum position, and power on continuously.
2.经常检查电压表、电流表之读数，不得超过其额定值。
2. Check the readings of voltmeter and ammeter regularly, and do not exceed the rated value.
3.当电磁铁上吸附物达到一定程度时，应断电去掉所吸铁磁性物体后再继续使用。
3. When the adsorbate on the electromagnet reaches a certain degree, it should be powered off to remove the adsorbed ferromagnetic object before continuing to use.
