冷凝水中O2的来源有二个,一是蒸汽中含有一定量的O2,即锅炉给水除氧设备运行效果不理想,或运行管理不善会含有一定的O2,含有O2的给水进入锅炉后,O2会随着水的蒸发进入水蒸汽中。冷凝水中O2的另一个来源是在其输送过程中溶入空气中的氧气。确切地说,工厂生产中的冷凝水回收系统大部分为开式系统,冷凝水箱有一呼吸孔直通大气;当水箱液位上升时,水箱内的气体排入大气,当水箱液位下降时,水箱外的的气体进入水箱内,由于水箱内的气体中O2的浓度与水箱外空气中O2的浓度存在较大的浓度差,随着冷凝水箱的呼吸,大气中氧气不断进入冷凝水箱。
