电磁除铁器安装在中部(即同线布置)时，因物料有前冲力和处于松散状有利于除铁。悬挂高度可适当增加。但除铁器磁极法线方向800mm内的铁质构件应改为非磁性材料。电磁除铁器安装在中部(即交叉布置)时，为提高除铁效果，可在胶带下增装一非磁性直线托辊。
When the electromagnetic iron remover is installed in the middle part (i.e. in-line arrangement), it is advantageous to remove iron because the material has forward impulse and is in loose shape. The suspension height can be increased appropriately. However, the ferrous components within 800 mm of the normal direction of the magnetic pole of the iron remover should be replaced by non-magnetic materials. When the electromagnetic iron remover is installed in the middle part (i.e. cross arrangement), a non-magnetic linear roller can be added under the tape to improve the iron removal effect.
